• If you are having problems charging your player please try using a USB port on the back of your PC. This will immediately fix the charging problem for many players that seem to not hold a charge.
  • When you finish charging your player and unplug it from your PC - it may turn itself off and the screen will go blank. Simply press and hold the PLAY button to turn your player on and you're ready to go!
