1. Download upgrade software. Warning: upgrading software will erase all media data on the player.Follow these steps only as directed by tech support (800-322-0688) |

| 2. Unzip downloaded file. Open folder contents to view files. | |
| 3. Double click Autorun.exe. A window will pop up with 2 button options. Click the Firmware 1. |  |
| 4. Software window will open. |  |
| 5. Once program window is open, plug your MP3 player into an open USB port on your computer. A small circle will appear in box 1, as shown on right, showing that the software has found your device. |  |
| 6. Once circle appears in box 1, you are ready to upgrade your firmware. Press the "Firmware Feature" button (shown at right) to begin the upgrade. A status window will appear showing you the progress of the upgrade. When upgrade is finished a green check mark will appear in box 1. |  |
7. Unplug your device. Your player is now ready to use again! Turn your player on. If your screen appears too light or too dark, please plug it back in and return to step 3. This time run Firmware 2 and follow the steps to upgrade the firmware again. This should fix the problem! If you have questions, please call 800-322-0688. |
